It is estimated that the number of people with dementia in WA will rise from 23,000 to 58,000 by 2030.
The Dementia-Friendly Communities program builds understanding, awareness and acceptance of dementia in the community. Join us for this session with Dementia Australia to learn about how this program can benefit your Centre and community.

- an overview of dementia
- the impact of dementia, what it feels like and living well with dementia
- what a dementia-friendly community (DFC) is
- practical examples of DFCs
- how you can take action and get started
