Established in 1985, the South Perth Learning Centre Inc is a self-funded not-for-profit organisation overseen by a volunteer Executive Committee and run by a team of volunteers, a part time Centre Manager and Administrative Assistant. The Centre offers a wide range of reasonably priced, informal courses for adults in the areas of Languages, Arts & Creative Pursuits, Computing & IT, Clubs, Outings & Lifestyle and Cooking demonstrations. In 2011, the City of South Perth provided the Centre with new, larger purpose-built premises from which we continue to offer the same welcoming environment for members, potential members, tutors and presenters. The Centre is close to public transport and there is on-site parking available in front of the premises.
